Our rental process is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired gown, choose your rental period (typically 4-8 days), and complete your order. We'll handle delivery to your location. After your event, return the item using our prepaid shipping label.
We recommend ordering your usual size along with a backup size (which we provide for free). If neither size fits, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
For the best selection, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for popular styles or seasonal events. However, we also offer expedited shipping for last-minute rentals based on availability.
Don't worry about minor issues like small stains or slight wear - they're covered by our rental fee. For significant damage, we offer an optional insurance policy at checkout to protect you from additional charges.
Yes! If you're in the New York area, you can schedule an appointment at our showroom to try on gowns before making your rental decision. We also offer virtual styling consultations for customers who cannot visit in person.
